Jimbo's Funnel Cakes mobile food truck started operating in October 2022 in the heart of Oxnard, CA. We now operate throughout Ventura, Santa Barbara and L.A. county.
Offering delicious fried desserts; funnel cakes, oreos, twinkies and much more! In addition to freshly made gelato to create your own sundae or shake.
Our staff is available to cater parties, fundraisers and public events
It’s simple; just have us at your event, or reserve a date in-store, and we donate a portion of our sales back to your organization. We have donated over $88,000 to local schools and charities between 2015-2021.
